Hello!
I’m Anne.

I'm an artist and designer crafting visual stories across arts, culture, and creative industries.

My multidisciplinary practice brings together storytelling, photography, and design to foster connection, inclusivity, and community.

Originally from the Philippines, I moved to Toronto in 2018 to study Arts Administration and Cultural Management at Humber Polytechnic. Living in a multicultural city has deepened my appreciation for cross-cultural narratives and has shaped an open and adaptable approach to my work.

Guided by curiosity, care, and reciprocity, I value collaboration, creative problem-solving, and thoughtful execution. I'm drawn to opportunities to exchange ideas, explore new perspectives, and create work that reflects the richness of our shared experiences.

BEYOND THE STUDIO

I love a good trip to the cinema and run a T-shirt business for fellow movie lovers. Before moving to Toronto, I was active in the independent music scene in the Philippines, where my band, Hey! It’s Your Birthday, played shows across the country and was recently featured in Rolling Stone Philippines.

Lately, I’ve been exploring analog filmmaking and expanding my repertoire of Filipino dishes, starting with the challenge of mastering a proper kare-kare. I’m excited to see where my curiosity takes me next and to keep finding new ways to form meaningful connections with people through creativity and storytelling.
